The Board authorized execution of a Sales agreement to purchase 1.59 acres of land from the Greenfields Estates HOA in December of 2018 for the purposes of trail connection and stream bank stabilization. Due to delays in execution of the required paperwork by the HOA it is necessary to approve an amendment to the agreement to extend the dates for execution. Accordingly, the Board is being asked to consider the following motion:
Motion to approve an amendment to the sales agreement previously approved by the Board of Supervisors on December 13, 2018 extending the date for execution of the required documents until January 29, 2021.
