Bill No. 2020-07 & Bill No. 2020-08 - Ordinance Amendments - Chapter 27 (Zoning)
Staff consistently reviews the Zoning regulations to ensure compliance with the Cranberry Plan and to address the dynamics of the development environment. As part of that review, the Board is being asked to authorize the advertisement of a public hearing and consideration of two ordinance amendments to clarify accessory dwelling uses, micro-brewery-winery regulations and updating C-3 to permit an additional use and a comprehensive zoning map update.
Motion to authorize the advertisement of a public hearing and ordinance consideration of Bill No. 2020-07 & Bill No. 2020-08 providing for an update to the Zoning regulations for the Board's meeting on December 10, 2020.

Tentative Adoption of the Proposed 2021 Budget
The Board has previously reviewed the proposed 2021 Budget. Accordingly, the Board is being asked this evening to consider the following motion:
Motion to approve the Tentative 2021 Budget that maintains current tax rates and will be considered by the Board for final adoption at the Board's final scheduled meeting of the year on Thursday, December 10, 2020.

Renewal of Agreements with Delta Development Group
As our current agreements with Delta Development are expiring, we have worked with Delta focusing on transportation projects and capital projects and continuing the work on the administration of the MSA Thruway Grants. Accordingly, the Board is being asked to consider the following motion renewing agreements with Delta Development:
Motion to approve the renewal of two agreements with Delta Development Group, both according to the amendments as stated in the November 12, 2020 letters affecting the Master Agreement that focuses on public funding strategies and implementation, as well as administration of the MSA Thruway grants, and the other Agreement in support of transportation planning, including the coordination of the BUILD Grant and in support of the INFRA grant in cooperation with Butler County.

Energy Acquisition Update Report
The Board of Supervisors has previously charged the staff with ensuring the Township is efficiently using the energy resources the Township purchases as well as acquiring those energy resources at the lowest possible cost. K-9 Connections Committee Progress Report
This evening staff will present to the Board a progress report on the work of the K-9 Connections Committee. The Committee has successfully implemented the initial phase of their Pilot Project. Tonight you will hear the next phase of their Pilot Project for North Boundary Park.

Greenfield Estates Property Acquisition
The Board authorized execution of a Sales agreement to purchase 1.59 acres of land from the Greenfields Estates HOA in December of 2018 for the purposes of trail connection and stream bank stabilization. Due to delays in execution of the required paperwork by the HOA it is necessary to approve an amendment to the agreement to extend the dates for execution. Accordingly, the Board is being asked to consider the following motion:

Resolution Establishing the Maximum Allowable Headworks Loadings
Recently the Board updated the Township Code of Ordinance to provide additional protections to the recently renovated and expanded Brush Creek Water Pollution Control Facility. Accordingly, the Board is being asked this evening to consider a follow-up Resolution establishing the Maximum Allowable Headworks Loadings for the Brush Creek Water Pollution Control Facility. Designed to limit the introduction of pollutants which may pass through the facility and adversely affect the receiving stream or affect the Township’s ability to beneficially reuse the plant effluent.
