Accept public comment on a Conditional Use application for a Community Character Development consisting of a 4,162 square foot Restaurant with drive thru, 1,650 square foot Restaurant and two (2) Retail Use buildings totaling approximately 12,861 square feet located at 20660 Route 19 on 3.8 acres in the CCD Corridor zoning district.
(Following public comment and provided no additional testimony is needed, it is the recommendation to close the public hearing with consideration later in this meeting under Planning & Development Services.)

Pennsylvania State Police Auto Theft TF Intergovernmental Agreement
The annual Inter-Governmental Agreement for participation in the Pennsylvania State Police Auto Theft Task Force Program expires on June 30, 2022. We are requesting to enter into another agreement with the Pennsylvania State Police for the 2022-2023 fiscal year, which will fully fund the participating officer. The participation in this program is supported by Ordinance 2017-469.
Motion to authorize execution of an agreement with the Pennsylvania State Police for the Auto Theft Task Force program for the 2022-2023 fiscal year.

Cranberry Township Emergency Medical Service (CTEMS) Service and Lease Agreement Renewals
