DCNR Grant Application Submission for Community Park North
Motion to adopt Resolution No. 2022-38, authorizing submission of a grant application to the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) for funding towards the construction of multipurpose field improvement at Community Park North.

Property Transfer -1172 Freedom Road
The Township acquired 1172 Freedom Road with stormwater utility fees as authorized by Cranberry Township General Authority in order to complete a comprehensive stormwater improvement project in the LaPorte/Greenwood Drive area of the Township. The General Authority is now preparing to authorize completion of the project by a private development entity in order to save significant cost on the overall project. Accordingly, the Board is being asked to consider the transfer of the property to the General Authority so they may authorize completion of the project in conjunction with the private partnership entity.
Motion to approve Resolution No. 2022-40, transferring ownership of 1172 Freedom Road to the Cranberry Township General Authority.
