Motion to approve Resolution No. 2022-33, granting Revised Final Phase 2 and 3 Planned Residential Development approval for revisions to the phasing lines for Phases 2 and 3 while maintaining the previously approved one hundred sixty-eight (168) single family residential lot development located along Franklin Road in the PRD zoning district.
