Description:
Transportation Capital Improvement Plan Update

Cranberry Township, was one of the first communities in Pennsylvania to implement a Transportation Impact Fee program that required developers to fund improvements on local and state roads. The first official TCIP (Transportation Capital Improvement Plan) was adopted in 1989 that envisioned a number of improvements in our community's roadway network. Since that program was instituted, the Board has consistently updated that Plan to reflect development pressures throughout the Township. It is again time to revise the TCIP to update the projects list based on completed and planned capital projects.

Motion to adopt Resolution No. 2022-13, accepting and approving an Update to the Transportation Capital Improvements Plan Update as recommended by the Transportation Impact Fee Advisory Committee.
