Motion to adopt Resolution No. 2022-84, granting Revised Final Phase 2 Planned Residential Development approval for revisions to the housing types in Phase 2 which reduces the previously approved fifty-nine (59) single family residential lots to fifty-two (52) single family residential lot development located along Franklin Road in the PRD zoning district.
