Motion pursuant to Section 407(c) of the Second Class Township Code for the Vacancy Board to appoint __________ to the vacancy on the Cranberry Township Board of Supervisors created by the death of Supervisor Richard M. Hadley, for a term expiring on January 1, 2024.
