Assignment & Assumption Agreement (MR1422)

Motion to approve an Assignment and Assumption Agreement between Park Place Marketing, LLC ("Assignor") and MR1422 ("Assignee") for Phase 8 of the Park Place Development consisting of a Revised Phase 8A (91 townhouse units) and Revised Phase 8B (60 townhouse units) totaling the originally approved 151 townhouse units, subject to final review and approval by the Solicitor.
