Motion to adopt Resolution No. 2022-26, granting Revised Preliminary Land Development approval for Phase 2 of the Village of Cranberry Woods development to include an 8,750 square foot Restaurant to be located on Lot 2B (3005 Fairport Lane) on approximately 3.4 acres of land in the CCD-2 zoning district.
