Bill No. 2021-07 - Ordinance Amendment for Chapter 17 (PPIC)

Accept public comment on an Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 17 (Public & Private Improvements Code) modifying items to be consistent with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, (DEP) 2022 Model Stormwater Management Ordinance update as mandated by the DEP to be in compliance with our MS4 Permit requirements.

(Following public comment and provided no additional testimony is needed, it is the recommendation to close the public hearing with consideration of adoption later in this meeting under Public Works and Engineering.)
