Assignment & Assumption Agreement (RPG Cranberry, LLC)

Motion to approve an Assignment and Assumption Agreement between Real Estate Development Associates ("Assignor") and RPG Cranberry, LLC ("Assignee") for the Brandt Drive Apartments Planned Residential Development for a one phase, six (6) building, two hundred sixty-four (264) apartment unit development located along Brandt Drive on 13.8 acres in the C-3 and SU-1 zoning districts.
