Bill No. 2020-09 - Proposed MMH Overlay

Continue review of a potential zoning amendment that would provide for an additional overlay district. The intent of the proposed Missing Middle Housing (MMH) Overlay would be to provide for an additional mix of housing opportunities throughout the community.
