Ordinance Repealing and Replacing Chapter 19 Wastewater Pretreatment (Ordinance 2006-373)

Motion to Adopt Ordinance No. 2020-498, Repealing and Replacing Chapter 19 of the Township Code of Ordinances pertaining to Wastewater Pretreatment to address Industrial Pretreatment, Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) and general sewer requirements and providing for severability and repeal of all prior inconsistent ordinances.
