Motion to adopt Resolution No. 2020-19, granting Revised Preliminary Land Development Approval to revise the design of Phase 6 revising two (2) townhouse lots with nine (9) total townhouses to two (2) townhouse lots with eight (8) total townhouse units on Bucktail Drive within the Park Place CCD-2 Development on 195 acres.
