PR# 24926 - The Village of Cranberry Woods - Conditional Use (TLD to open public hearing 12/7/19)

Accept public comment on a Conditional Use Application which revises the Village of Cranberry Woods, a Community Character Development-2 and Large Land Development for Phase 1 to include an existing Hotel with proposed Automobile Fueling Station, Retail with drive-thru, Office, and Daycare uses, on 57.11 acres in the CCD-2 zoning district.
