The Graham Park Master Plan provided for the expansion of the existing 8 Court Complex in the open area between the exisitng courts and Graham Park Drive. Final engineering needs to be completed, however, it is anticipated either 4 or 5 courts could be added in that location. CTPA has generated the revenue that would cover the construction costs. The plan would be to construct those courts this year with the surfacing and fencing to be completed in 2020. If the Board is agreeable to adding those improvements, the Board is being asked this evening to consider the following motion:

Motion to authorize the Township Manager to proceed with the construction of additional pickleball courts adjacent to the existing courts in Graham Park, utilizing existing contracts, with the construction costs being contributed by CTPA.
