Continue to accept public comment on a Revised Tentative Planned Residential Development Application for a four phase, one hundred one (101) single family residential lot development located along Hope Road on 96.97 acres in the PRD/R-1 zoning districts.

(Following public comment and provided no additional testimony is needed, it is the recommendation to close the public hearing with consideration of adoption at the March 7th Regular Meeting.)
