Roll Call
Ms. Rusnak acknowledged the presence of all members, except Mr. Morgan, who was excused.
Reorganization:
Chairperson - Ms. Beck nominated Ms. Rusnak as Chairperson. Mr. Bookwalter seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.
Vice Chairperson - Mr. Feath nominated Ms. Beck as Vice Chairperson. Mr. Bookwalter seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.
Secretary - Ms. Beck nominated Ms. Auer as Secretary. Mr. Feath seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.

Consider a Revised Preliminary Land Development application to revise the number of residential the number of units from 675 to 673, and revising the orientation of four units in the existing Phase 1 of the Meeder CCD-2 Development located between Rochester Road, Unionville Road, Ogle View Road and Route 19 on 57.30 acres in the CCD-2 zoning district.
