Purchase Approval #25780 – 2026 Cranberry Foundation Project of the Year
We are prepared to proceed with the equipment purchase for the Cranberry Foundation’s 2026 Project of the Year. In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between the Foundation and the Township, the Township will advance the purchase and construction activity, and the Foundation will reimburse the Township for the associated costs.
Motion to approve the purchase of fitness equipment as part of the 2026 Cranberry Foundation Project of the Year for the Graham Park Fitness Court from National Fitness Campaign, LP in the amount of $175,000.00.

Delta Development Group – Annual Agreements
The current agreements with Delta Development are expiring. We continue to work with Delta to advance funding strategies and grant applications that support capital investment projects throughout the Township. Accordingly, the Board is being asked to consider the following motions approving two agreements with Delta Development:
1. Motion to approve the execution of an annual “Consultant Agreement for State and Local Public Funding Services” according to the terms and services outlined in the contract proposal dated January 1, 2026.
2. Motion to approve the execution of an annual “Consultant Agreement for Federal Funding Services” according to the terms and services outlined in the contract proposal dated January 1, 2026.
The current agreements with Delta Development are expiring. Mission Square Administrative Services Agreement Renewal
In August 2012, the Board adopted Resolution No. 2012-53, approving the current Deferred Compensation Program. The current five-year administrative agreement associated with this program is due to expire. We are asking the Board to consider the approval of the renewal agreement this evening.
Motion to approve the administrative services agreement renewal with Mission Square, incorporating updates to the 401 and 457 Retirement Programs, and adopting provisions of the Secure Act 2.0, effective January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2030.
