PR #LD-24-19 - Graham Planned Neighborhood - Final Phases 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, and 4 (TLD 1/25/25)
Consider a Final Land Development application for Final Phases 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B and 4 of the Graham Planned Neighborhood consisting of sixty-five (65) residential units for Phase 1A, fifty-six (56) residential units for Phase 1B, sixty-two (62) residential units for Phase 2A, fifty-five (55) residential units for Phase 2B and forty-six (46) residential units for Phase 4 on approximately 54 acres in the Planned Neighborhood overlay zoning district.
Consider a Final Land Development application for Final Phases 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B and 4 of the Graham Planned Neighborhood consisting of sixty-five (65) residential units for Phase 1A, fifty-six (56) residential units for Phase 1B, sixty-two (62) residential units for Phase 2A, fifty-five (55) residential units for Phase 2B and forty-six (46) residential units for Phase 4 on approximately 54 acres in the Planned Neighborhood overlay zoning district.

PR #LD-24-18 - Crescent - Revised Preliminary Land Development (TLD 1/25/25)
Consider a Revised Preliminary Land Development application increasing the number of Phase 2 residential units from 110 to 160 and decreasing the number of Phase 3 residential units from 219 to 185 increasing the total number of residential units from 774 to 790 in the existing Crescent CCD-2 Development located off Cool Springs Drive on approximately 115 acres.
(As per a request by the Developer, this application has been continued to the November 25th Planning Advisory Commission meeting.)
Consider a Revised Preliminary Land Development application increasing the number of Phase 2 residential units from 110 to 160 and decreasing the number of Phase 3 residential units from 219 to 185 increasing the total number of residential units from 774 to 790 in the existing Crescent CCD-2 Development located off Cool Springs Drive on approximately 115 acres.
