Roles of the EAC
Mr. Henshaw reviewed the 2021 EAC Plan which breaks down the top Ad Hoc Committee implementation items into a monthly schedule for 2021. He asked that the Committee review this document/schedule and it will be placed on the next agenda. This document will be added to the SharePoint site.

Air Quality Monitoring
Tim Casey advised that a monitoring system is to be installed at his home.
Michael DiMonte advised he has circulated a draft project plan and there was discussion in reference to the use/analysis of the data from this system.

PEC-EAC Handbook Review (Chapter 1 & 2)
a. Powers and Duties

Mr. Henshaw briefly reviewed the first two chapters of the Handbook.
He advised the entire handbook is available on the SharePoint site and encourages all members to review said handbook.
His plan is to review chapters at each meeting.
Anne Gill also encourages the review of the handbook and advised there are many reference to networking tools out there in reference to other EAC's, education and resources for members.
