Consider a Conditional Use application for a two (2) phase, two (2) building, 107,800 square foot Office, Distribution Warehouse development on approximately 14 acres within the Cranberry Business Park in the SP-1 zoning district located at 235 and 251 E. Kensinger Drive.

(Following public comment and provided no additional testimony is needed, it is the recommendation to close the public hearing with consideration at the meeting under Planning & Development Services.)

Bill No. 2020-09 - Ordinance Amendment - Chapter 27 (Zoning)

Accept public comment on an Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 27 (Zoning) to provide for an additional overlay district. The Missing Middle Housing (MMH) Overlay District would provide an additional mix of housing opportunities throughout the community.

Autism Employment Network Presentation and Agreement

Staff will provide an update to the Board on our partnership with the Autism Employment Network in 2020, highlighting the success of the program and intent to continue to grow the partnership in 2021. After the presentation, the Board will be asked to consider approval of the 2021 participation agreement.

Big Sewickley Creek Rivers Conservation & Stewardship Plan Adoption

A small area in the southwest section of the Township is located in the Big Sewickley Creek Watershed Area. The municipalities in the Watershed have prepared a Rivers Conservation & Stewardship Plan and are requesting all municipalities in the watershed adopt the plan.
