Resolution in support of additional enhancements in the Freedom Road Corridor
As part of the Board’s strategy to work in partnership with the County of Butler and the communities on the Rt. 228 Corridor to advance the improvements in the Freedom Road Corridor, the Board is being asked to continue to provide its support of the County’s 2020 BUILD Grant Application. This application is seeking funding to continue the improvements that are already funded to Haine School Road and continue those improvements to Lovi Road in Beaver County.

Agreement with First Energy as part of the BUILD Grant
The Township has partnered with the County of Butler in managing the design of the improvements in the Freedom Road Corridor from Commonwealth to Haine School Road. This Agreement with First Energy is associated with those improvements.
Motion to approve an Agreement with First Energy as part of the BUILD Grant and the required utility relocation, at the approximate cost of $23,463.82

Temporary Construction Easement from Foxmoor for the construction of a roundabout on Ehrman Road
As part of the transportation improvements required for the proposed Seneca Valley School District Elementary and Middle School on Ehrman Road, the Township obtained the necessary Easements for the construction of the Roundabout that is built by the School District.
