Accept public comment on a Conditional Use application to revise the design of Phases 6, 7, and 8 of the Park Place CCD-2 Development by revising the types of residential units and reducing the number of residential units by 87 units on 195 acres located north of Rochester Road and east of Powell Road.

(This Public Hearing will be continued without presentation and continued to the September 26 Agenda Preparation Meeting)

Accept public comment on a Conditional Use application for the addition of a Cemetery use to an existing Religious Establishment located on an existing site located at 8070 Rowan Road in the SP-1 zoning district.
