Consideration of a Resolution to create an Ad-Hoc Environmental Advisory Committee

Application to the PA Infrastructure Bank
Motion to authorize the submission of an application to the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Bank (PIB) for a loan up to $9M for the anticipated construction of the MSA Thruway, with additional Board approval of accepting any potential loan from the PIB.

Target Store Property Tax Assessment Appeal
Motion to approve settlement of the tax assessment appeal filed in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas Docket No. 2018-40245, Tax Parcel ID number 130-4F44-19000, to set the assessed value based on a fair market value of $9,200,000 and to authorize the Solicitor to execute the appropriate settlement documents.

Temporary Closure of North Boundary Road
As part of the I-79 bridge replacement over North Boundary Road, PennDOT will need to temporarily close North Boundary Road the weekend of June 1 in order to set up a temporary bridge. The detour during this two (2) day closure will be via Marshall Road and Rowan Road. This closure is weather permitting.
