At tonight's meeting, the Board is being asked to consider adoption of an intergovernmental Cooperation Ordinance between Cranberry Township and the Borough of Sewickley authorizing the Borough of Sewickley to use the Cranberry Township Uniform Construction Code Board of Appeals to hear uniform construction code appeals from decisions of the Borough of Sewickley Code Enforcement Officer.
