Unionville Road Temporary Closure - Sunday, August 30,2020 - Tuesday, September 1, 2020
Motion to approve the temporary closure of Unionville Road between Ogle View and Route 19 for the realignment of Unionville Road and connection to Main Street in the Meeder Development. The closure will start on Sunday, August 30, 2020 at 6 p.m. and is expected to reopen on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 (the closure will last up to two business days.)

Pipeline Crossing Agreement for Community Park
The Board of Supervisors is being requested to authorize execution of a Pipeline Crossing Agreement with Dominion Energy Transmission, Inc. to allow for a crossing of the gas line Right of Way (ROW) in Community Park to facilitate construction of the roadway access to the proposed relocated Dog Park.
Motion to authorize the Township Manager to execute a Pipeline Crossing Agreement with Dominion Energy Transmission, Inc. in the Community Park to access the relocated Dog Park.

Unionville Property Association Property Tax Assessment Appeal - 3104 Unionville Rd
The Board is being asked to consider settlement of the 2019 Unionville Property Association property tax assessment appeal, as recommended by the Township Solicitor, to set the assessed value based on a fair market value of $4,107,500.
Motion to approve the settlement of the tax assessment appeal filed at Butler County Assessment Appeal Docket 2019-40357 based on a fair market value of $4,107,500.

Environmental Advisory Committee Presentation - Consideration of a Resolution creating a Standing Environment Advisory Committee
This evening staff and members of the Ad Hoc Environmental Advisory Committee will present their recommendation as required in Resolution No. 2019-30. Following the presentation and discussion, the Board is being asked to consider the following motion:

Sun Valley Stormwater Project Property Acquisition
As part of the Sun Valley Stormwater Project, which is designed to reduce flooding in the Freedom, Haines School, LaPorte and Greenwood Drive area of the Sun Valley Plan, the Board is being asked to consider approval of the acquisition of 1172 Freedom Road, which is necessary for construction of the stormwater project.

For the past couple years American Transmission Services, affiliated with First Energy, has been planning for an expansion of their existing power line that crosses North Boundary Park. Following extensive conversations and engineering reviews by the Township, staff is now prepared to advance to the Board consideration of approving an easement for that expansion. Accordingly, the Board is asked to consider the following motion:
Motion to approve the Option for Transmission Line Easement agreement with American Transmission Systems, Inc., to include the obligation of American Transmission Systems to perform the Special Conditions in the event of its exercise of the Option to enter into the Easement Agreement, and to authorize the Township Manager to execute all appropriate documents.
