Updated Maximum Allowable Headworks Loadings (MAHLs) for the Brush Creek Water Pollution Control Facility

Requesting authorize to consider adoption of a resolution establishing updated Maximum Allowable Headworks Loadings (MAHLs) and corresponding local limits for industrial users discharging to the Brush Creek Water Pollution Control Facility (BCWPCF). These limits are required under Ordinance 2020-498. The updated MAHLs are based on a comprehensive headworks analysis conducted in accordance with EPA requirements pursuant to our Treatment Plant permit.
