Recreation, Arts, & Cultural Engagement Center Feasibility Study

Last month the Board authorized the creation of an Ad-Hoc Recreation, Arts & Cultural Committee. In order to aid in the committee work, the Board is requested to authorize the engagement of a consultant to conduct a feasibility study which will include a market analysis, program development, and a detailed financial forecast and proforma.

Motion to authorize execution of an agreement with the Sports Facilities Companies in the amount of 42,500.00 plus reimbursables to complete a feasibility study for a Recreation, Arts, & Cultural Engagement Center.
