Motion to adopt Resolution No. 2019-___, amending the Cranberry Township Non-Uniformed Pension Plan to comply with contribution provisions of current collective bargaining agreements, enhance the definition of "participant" for rollover purposes, comply with federal regulations and restate the plan in its entirety.
